In a previous post, I shared my favorite Challah bread recipe. I typically make that once a week, sometimes more. However, there is another recipe that seems to be even more favored: Israeli Pita Bread.

I don’t make it as often, but that is because I triple the recipe! I freeze it, and bring it out when one batch is eaten. One batch usually makes about 12-14 pitas.

This recipe offers amazingly soft bread, and is so great to dip in hummus, as a side bread, or heated and topped with honey butter! Yummy!

I hope you enjoy this recipe. I love to cook/bake, and it is my joy to share it with you. You can find the recipe at this site: https://www.myjewishlearning.com/recipe/pita-bread/

Shabbat Shalom,

Landra
