Most mornings, in prayer, I reconfirm the Armor of God upon me. However, lately, the Father has reminded me of His teachings from three years ago: His describing the High Priest Garments as the Armor of God. Yes, we’ve benefited greatly by recognizing this Roman Centurion armor upon us. However, as a Kingdom of Priests, and Yeshua living in us, we truly have this Priestly”Armor” upon us.

This is what The LORD has had me acknowledge in my recent morning prayers. More is explained in the video:

đź—ˇ Belt of Truth: Sash of Yeshua, girded about me. My robe is secure, and nothing will hinder my service for The Kingdom of God.

đź—ˇ Breastplate of Righteousness: Ephod & housing stones of Judgment. Just as the 12 stones were upon the High Priest as He interceded for the Children of Israel, I am charged with interceding for others of whom The LORD has placed upon my heart, and He has placed within me His Spirit of Wisdom, Understanding, Counsel, Power, Knowledge, and Fear/Reverence. These are used to direct me in His Righteousness.

đź—ˇ Feet Fitted with Gospel of Peace: The Priests worked bare foot, treading and making paths of blood, near the altar, and in the holy and Most Holy Place, were on Holy Ground. I am fully atoned and covered by the Blood of The Lamb. I walk in His Peace/Shalom. I walk on Holy Ground, as The HOLY SPIRIT OF GOD is within me. I no longer live, but He in me. Where I walk IS Holy, only because HE is Holy WITHIN me.

🗡 Shield of Faith: I am fully surrounded by the very Presence of God and His Glory. Arrows have no aim—no penetration. I walk in His covering of sweet aroma of prayer and glory.

🗡 Helmet of Salvation: Upon me, I am donned with the head covering, proclaiming, “Holy to The LORD”. I am covered by His Salvation—Yeshua—Yah’s Salvation (Yah Shua)

đź—ˇ Sword of The Spirit: The Word of God—The Instructions, The Truth, The Way, The Very Life of Life Is “High and Lifted Up” in my hands! I proclaim The Truth of Life, and He is The Defender and Opposer to me and those He’s called me to serve.

May the LORD bless you, as you explore this Armor in a whole new LIGHT.

Shabbat Shalom,

Landra

Shavuot (means “weeks” and/or what most know as Pentecost) is this Sunday. I thought it a good idea to offer a quick synopsis of the Feast, and why it is a gift for Christians to celebrate it. It is a Feast, which displays the faithfulness of the Father. They all do, but this seems to be a sweet and clear picture of a renewed marriage with our Betrothed.

Oh this love, that will not let us go! As we count each day, leading up to Shavuot, we acknowledge His faithfulness and long suffering. Oh, this love. All praise and glory to the King of Kings!

Shabbat Shalom,

While studying Sarah and the conception of Isaac, the Father sees and remembers her. He visits her. She is noticed by the Father, and a son is born. This made me dig a bit deeper into what happens when the Father visits us–when we draw near to Him.

I considered, “What does it mean to ‘Know’ and ‘Be Known'”? In Scripture, this is verbiage for “begetting”, yet we say to our Savior, “I want to know you more”. What are we saying? We want to bear fruit in His Image. This part of Scripture made me realize our desire for Him, for knowing Him, and the result of that “Knowing”.

Join me in this discovery of what happens when our Betrothed answers our quest for “Knowing”.

We are now discussing the 4th and final cup of the Passover Seder. This is the Cup of Praise. At this time, we praise Elohim for freeing us from our slavery, and giving us new life. It is also the cup that we will drink at the wedding supper of The Lamb.

With the Children of Israel, this was the time when they met with Elohim at The Mountain. Elohim gave the requirements for the Marriage Covenant between them, and the people said, “WE DO!”. This is a foreshadow of what our Wedding Day will be like, at the Wedding Supper of The Lamb–our Wedding Day with Him! Oh, the Celebration! No wonder it is called the “Cup of Praise!”

Here’s to New Life and freedom in Messiah Yeshua! Next year, we celebrate in New Jerusalem!

Be blessed, fellow Bride! Our Wedding Day draws near!

Shabbat Shalom,

Landra

This video discusses the 3rd cup of the Passover Seder, The Cup of Redemption. The Bride-to-be has been chosen, the price for her has been paid, and now it is deciding time. With the Children of Israel, they were free, but they still had to decide to go. Did they want to go into the unknown–into the desert–with Elohim, or stay in what they knew? For us, do we want to go into the unknown with this Bridegroom, or stay in what we know? The price has been paid.

It is now our turn to decide. In ancient Jewish Wedding proposals, it is now time for the potential Bride to make the decision. Will we accept the proposal? He waits for our answer.

Blessings to you, fellow Bride. Oh, how He loves us.

Shabbat Shalom,

Landra

The First Cup, the Cup of Sanctification, was a picture of the setting apart of the Children of Israel–the Setting Apart of the Bride of Yeshua. Now, with the second cup, the Bridegroom must agree to the payment for the Bride. The terms of the agreement are discussed, and He must decide.

In a Passover Seder, during this part of the Passover Seder, the attendees are reminded of Israel’s affliction, pain, tears, and hardships of slavery in Egypt. The Plagues are recounted, and the picture of God’s strength over other gods is displayed. With Yeshua, we recount all the pain our Redeemer endured (pain), all to bring us to Him—even death! The second cup is a picture of the required “payment” to get the Bride. We praise Yeshua, as He saw us in our wretched state, and still said, “She’s worth it”. Hallelujah!

The Bride waits for the answer to the payment. “Yes”, He says. I will pay.

Blessings to you, my fellow Bride. He has said, “Yes!”, and has paid for our freedom!

Shabbat Shalom,

Landra

Are your ears ringing?? He’s been talking about you, and seeks your hand in Marriage! The first cup, The Cup of Sanctification, points to the setting apart of the Children of Israel. It also points to the first cup in ancient Jewish Marriage customs. There are Four cups in a Passover Seder, and there are Four cups in Ancient Jewish Wedding practices. Come along as the fist cup is explained, and how it relates to The Bride of Yeshua, and His pursuit of us.

This video will explain how Yeshua longs to have you as His Bride. In His heart, He set you apart–made you holy–sanctified you, all for Him. The Passover Seder is a retelling of that. It tells of how He set apart His Bride, and cleared THE WAY to set us free.

Enjoy this sweet cup. Here’s to our Betrothed!

Shabbat Shalom,

Happy Passover! This evening is Passover, 2019. I have been asked to discuss how Passover applies to Believers in Yeshua (Jesus). In brief: It is the story of our Salvation. We have much to learn from celebrating Passover. No wonder the Children of Israel were Commanded to celebrate it every year!

I’ve decided to develop a series of videos on Passover (five total), and the celebration, called the Seder (Hebrew for “set order). The first video is on the Removal of Leaven from the Home. The other four are a discussion of the Four Cups, which are celebrated in the Seder. All these apply to our lives and our Communion with the Father. These cups are the Cup of Sanctification (Setting Apart), The Cup of Affliction, The Cup of Redemption, and the Cup of Praise. These cups are also part of the Traditional and Ancient Jewish Tradition of Betrothal and the Wedding.

I pray the Father speaks to you in these, as He has done so for thousands of years to all His Children who celebrate His offering of Freedom from Slavery. Here’s to LIFE! Here’s to FREEDOM! Worthy is The Lamb Who Was Slain!

Shabbat Shalom and Happy Passover,

Landra

Let Me Cover You

Recently, I’ve had many Siblings in the LORD, facing horrific suffering. These are truly issues in life, that no one should face. Yet, they are. It aches me, as their Sister in the LORD. We sit with them. We pray with them. We look to the Father for rescue, and He does not disappoint.

While praying for them, the Father stopped me, and had me write out words of love from Him. I did. They were words of love–of holding–of support–of faithfulness. If you are facing a difficult time, and longing for the Presence of the LORD, or just seeking ONE much stronger than you, He is near. Your Salvation (Yah’s Shua–Salvation–Yeshua) is near.

May you know The ONE Who holds you. May you know the ONE Who holds all you see. May you know The ONE Who offers us our only means of rescue–our only HOPE. He is near. Let Him cover you.

Shabbat Shalom,

Landra

Kings and Priests as the Sons and Daughters of the King–the Children of God–have a role, even now. We have a role to Keep The Way–Protecting the Walk! We do this by doing righteousness, according to Genesis 18:19. It is a very “thick” verse which is a beautiful picture of the discipling of His Children for their Kingdom roles.

He does this with His Children, of whom He KNOWS. This is not just a casual “knowing”, but a deep and intimate knowing. He teaches us how to “Preserve” the Way! Join me as I go through this verse, and uncover the beautiful plan for His Children, as He trains us as His chosen Priests and Kings!

Shabbat Shalom,

Landra
